Willy Chavarria and adidas join forces this spring/summer season for a bold collaboration that fuses heritage, sport, and design.

Debuted during Chavarria’s runway show at New York Fashion Week, the collection draws from his Chicano roots and California upbringing. Signature style elements—like knee high socks and longline shorts—pay homage to West Coast style while reinterpreting it through a modern, sport style lens.

At the center of the collection is the Adidas’ Jabbar, reimagined by Chavarria in two distinctive iterations: one with an extended tongue, and another with a defined pointed toe— dubbed the Jabbar Dress. Both renditions offer a fresh take on a timeless silhouette.

Fusing adidas’ tenured sportswear history with Chavarria’s visionary approach that landed him with consecutive Menswear Designer of the Year awards—this collaboration pushes the boundaries of contemporary menswear.
