Apothecary, socks, under garments and publications are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All sale items are final purchase and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Limited releases/draw items are final purchase and are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
Only 1 entry per person per draw is allowed. Any duplicate entries with the same address under another email, credit card, etc. is not allowed. Any abuse of this could exclude you from all future draw opportunities.
All global draw winners who fail to comply with the above requirements are subject to being excluded from all future draw opportunities.
All local draw winners who fail to pick up their items are subject to being excluded from all future local and global draw opportunities.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
ROOTED does not accept returns from online purchases without prior written approval from our staff. All returns must be authorized. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the shop for approval.
ROOTED is not responsible for the cost of shipping on returned items.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due the unpredictable nature of local and international customs.
International orders may be charged taxes or duties on import into the destination country – we recommend you contact your local customs authority to understand the potential costs prior to placing an order.
All returns or exchanges require receipt or proof of purchase.
