I find that it is en vogue to describe yourself as customer-centric, but not all companies truly are. Even more, too often the employees are not trained in a way that supports the mission statement.
This is not the case with Rooted. Based on my interaction on a phone call today with an employee named Ray, I feel great knowing that Rooted will go above and beyond to help their customers in a time of need – just as they say they will. I’ll happilyy shop here again some day.

I was one of Aaron’s teachers in Middle School. He was one of my favorites even though teachers are not supposed to have favorites. His sweet mother and I are friends on Facebook so I have been able to keep up with him. I am so very proud of Aaron.
