TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SEASONAL SALE RAFFLE

  1. Eligibility:
    • The Seasonal Sale Raffle ("Giveaway") is open to all individuals aged 18 years and older.
    • Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of ROOTED are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
  2. Entry Period:
    • The Giveaway begins on May 9th, 2024 at 12:00PM CST and ends on Monday, May 13th, at 11:59 PM CST.
    • Orders made before the end of the entry period will be considered eligible for participation.
  3. Prizes:
    • Every eligible order made before the deadline will receive a $25 discount off their next order, with a minimum purchase of $100. This discount will be in the form of a discount code and be delivered via email.
    • Five (5) individuals will be randomly selected to receive a $100 gift card applicable toward their next order, with no minimum purchase requirement.
    • Three (3) individuals will be randomly selected to receive a $500 gift card applicable toward their next order, with no minimum purchase requirement.
  4. Notification and Redemption:
    • Winners will be notified via email after May 13th.
    • All discounts and gift cards will be sent out via email after May 13th and must be redeemed by August 1st at 11:59PM CST.
  5. Prize Limitations:
    • Each participant is eligible to receive only one discount or gift card prize, regardless of the number of eligible orders made.
    • Discounts and gift cards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer or promotion.
  6. General Conditions:
    • ROOTED reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
    • By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of ROOTED, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
    • ROOTED reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
  7. Privacy:
    • Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
  8. Governing Law:
    • The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Tennessee, and any disputes arising under or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee.
