Neighborhood
Established in 1994 in Tokyo’s Harajuku district, Neighborhood was born out of founder Shinsuke Takizawa’s deep-rooted fascination with motorcycle subculture. First exposed to American biker culture through 60’s road films - Takizawa began riding and customizing motorbikes himself. Through Neighborhood, Takizawa pays tribute to motorcycle riders and the surrounding culture by reinterpreting its design elements into functional menswear.
